I take on only a few custom orders & focus on producing small batches of knives that become available monthly. These knives are each unique and are designed to last a lifetime. When these kitchen knives become available they are announced through our newsletter. Subscribers will have first dibs for the first 24 hours and then the remaining knives will be posted on in the shop.
